Each individual team member MUST fill out the below form. Teams with incomplete applications will not qualify to participate.
Only ONE video will be accepted per team.
Only ONE person per team needs to include the video in their application.

VIDEO INSTRUCTIONS:
The video (3 minutes max) MUST feature all team members, and MUST include the following:
1) Introduction of the team (names and home university)
2) Shows why your team should participate in the disCOver Challenge
3) Answers the following questions about a business of your choosing. Please aim to introduce us to a company we likely have not heard of before:
- How has a company’s business strategy changed because of the evolution of technology?
- How has this change benefitted the company in how it addresses its customer needs?

Please upload your video to YouTube and paste the link in the last question on the form. PLEASE BE SURE TO MAKE YOUR VIDEO PUBLIC SO THAT WE CAN VIEW IT.******
