All sessions are held the first Monday of the month from Noon to 1:00 p.m.

Please register three days in advance so we can provide lunch for participants.

If you sign up, please show up. We understand that things come up and emergencies happen, but whenever possible please attend the sessions you register for. You may update your registration by returning to this form (which can be accessed via email) up to 24 hours before the event. Thank you.
