Join us on Tuesdays from January 17th to February 7th from 5:30-7:00 p.m. at the Morgan County Extension Office (914 E. Railroad Ave., Fort Morgan.) We will cover topics that will help you gain confidence in self-management of your diabetes, discover healthy cooking techniques, and taste test a healthy recipe every class.

Registration for this series is $50 to cover the cost of food through the program.
