It provides graduate students and postdocs with hands-on training about how to negotiate a job offer skillfully and with greater confidence. During this interactive session, participants will engage in negotiation exercises followed by expert debriefing to talk participants through their negotiation process to pinpoint best strategies to reach a mutually beneficial solution. Because of the intensive nature of this process, this session is limited to 45 participants.
