Sourdough Basics: Caring for your starter and making bread

Join us for a morning of learning about the history of sourdough. This class will teach you about proper caring of your starter, feeding your starter, and making sourdough bread. Participants will receive a starter to take home with them.

What to bring:

• 4-quart bowl - preferably not metal
• Wooden or plastic spoon
• Rubber scraper/spatula
• Apron
